I don't really have background story for the scene itself... so let me tell you a little story about the picture. :3
Quite some time ago I got in contact with an amazing artist, named
dreamandnightmare on the German Furry Forum.
But not really as an artist, but we talked about everything _but_ art most of the time.
We talked about Cyberpunk, Deus Ex and ... Mass Effect. About cool computer games in general and also private things. Very nice guy.
Then he told me, that he wanted to give me something on the EF21.
I really didn't know what he wanted me to give, only that it was art and somewhat Mass Effect related.
We met at EF21 in the lobby, instantly liked each other, then the gave me the picture, white site up so I couldn't see it.
Then I turned the page around ... and immediatly he started laughing.
"Your face was so worth it" he told me.
I was so blown away by the picture. I'd never expected something in this level of detail and size. It's really amazin. So many details on the armor, the background and that glowing Omni Blade is just stunning.
Thank you soooo very much for this generous gift! I'm still not sure how I deserved this.
And thanks for being such a friendly and very nice guy :3

Sometimes you need to reward people for just being themselves. Especially when they are as nice as you. :3
With such an awesome convention, it's really hard for me to pick favorite moments. But the moment I could finally present this to you - it was definitely one of them. :3
