While I was stuck in the hospital (again), one of the Food and Nutrition staff was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, despite the fact that the kitchen staff frequently misprepped my meals. It got to the point where she started to remember my preferences (especially for the bone-in chicken). As a big thank you I decided to do a painting of her favourite animal, she chose a parakeet.
