Very nice beginning. The guitar-like synth seems a bit out-of-tune, but that's okay.
Yes, you've got some very nice ideas here. I like especially the part form 2:40.
Although I'd take some "harder" drum sounds for that, and maybe a side-chain compressor on the bass. And you should extend your work with effects. e.g. the part from 4:20 needs more reverb. Improved transitions wouldn't be bad as well.
These are just a few hints and does not have to match the opinion of the majority. :P

Rather good Brother, this one has definitely got an interesting feel to it. The visual is awesome, I doubt anyone would get that from hearing it, but knowing that was your idea it is fun to visualize that while listening, could make a nice pic.
