I overall like how this sketch turned out, hopefully I will get it to look even better later when giving it a line art. Not sure exactly what would be going on in this image but the mood is rather serious and Razen is seemingly about to take his leave from the place. Perhaps a fight that's been finished...

Hehe indeed, and from real life, its based on horse's head armor, saffron. Having no exact style I felt I can finely create my own version of this bit and it fits on the Uma Dragon quite well even if I say it myself ^^ Thanks from the development and inspiration goes as well to ReptileCynrik that has been so nice to offer his helping hand as well.

I'm asking because you have done lots of sketches in the past and you always waited a LONG time before showing them.
Furthermore, I'm still rather proud and happy that you like my design of the horse - though it's YOUR design, anyway.

Little piece of advice:
Put the DATE on your sketches!!!!!!!!! :D
Oh... and in this sketch, Razen's snout seems to be shorter than usual.
THAT is ok, because it's somehow more realistic, looks better for the overall proportion and he's not a "real dragon", after all. Large snouts are something you'd give a feral dragon, I suppose... :D

Since you like it plain and short, No, there was really few very earlier sketches but one you drew from was then best looking.
I've made these and especially this one AFTERWARDS ^^ I also used a reference artwork of a chinese warrior I found in similar pose for this.
The sketch I gave you, was something you seemingly drew quite directly from but you added quite sweet touches there. More tiny detailic bits that makes it all more realistic-looking as well that floral pattern you added. :)

Well I was trying to make it seem like his face would be somewhat more turned towards us, I guess I messed that up then ;P But whatever I tried anyway! ^^ Admittingly I dont like exactly if anthro's face is too short, as in begins to resemble more human face, seen those already more than enough. XP
