Do you use a hair straightener on your bundles? You need to do that initially. Other than that, could be an issue of yarn quality. Tails without guard hairs can be prone to matting but it shouldn't be too bad, and matting is different from being curly

i guess it's a yarn quality then. tho, it looked good after strightening. after i did whole tail, it got bad while wearing. like, bundles separate from each other.

That certainly can happen, and is normal to some extent on yarn tails. To help, also space your bundles nice and close, at least side to side. Even "good" yarns can have that effect but this should in theory make it a little better. They shouldn't mat like that quite so quickly.

The tail shown here is medium, the coyote one in my premades is a large, and most cat tails I've made are smalls. If you would like more specific size images to consider I will need to get on an actual computer lol, I just moved and my only Internet here is on my phone. Not the best for detailed linking and whatnot XD otherwise those are some ideas for ya! I could either go full artistic freedom or you could come up with a design, should you choose to order a tail : )

My husband keeps telling me no more yarn. But then keeps telling me to take more commissions. I wish we lived in a perfect world where people only wanted the colors I already have.
Some day when I have a house and we can build a workshop I'm building a wall with shelves just for yarn.

lol. Yeah, it's often one or the other! Right now I just have so much stock that realistically I could make a few tails with shades and tones and everything. I have 4 huge boxes packed full and stacked to display the colors in my own little workshop. I just moved to an apartment and I had decided an art room was a must. So happy about it, hope that works out for you too because it's honestly just so nice to finally have dedicated space!
