Life is a journey. Sometimes you will fall, there are those who stop and no longer move forward. Then there are those who get up and keep going pushing on. When you fall it can be minor. A simple scrap. Other times a broken bone or a sprain.

No matter how bad my fall is I will keep getting up. It will hurt, no doubt about that, but I shall keep getting up. Tears streaming down my face and pain intense. Some days it will take me mere moments, but others it will take hours, maybe even a day to gain the strength to stand. I WILL get back up though. I will always get back up.
