Wings of Fire it's a series wrote by one of the "Erin Hunter" group (the famous cats series of Warriors )
It is a world inhabitated mostly by dragons (different races), and with a global conflict ongoing to be stopped.
The blue dragoness here, Tsunami (an aquatic species) is basically a "tsundare"-like character... while the RainWings (this species of jungle dragons) are extremely naive and pacifists, with the exception of Glory (the one with the flower crown) that is extremely sarcastic
Oh, and btw the RainWings change colours according their humor, the pink one is excited into a silly way, the green is scared, the yellow is excited/thrilled, blue/purple is quiet Xd
