This one was more of an art test to combine insect traits into a robotic design,in this case being a mantis.
I wanted a lot of the plating to correspond with the mix of jagged and smooth pieces that a Mantid's exoskeleton has, mixed with its thin and gangly bodily proportions to give it more of an exotic, almost alien look.
This type comes in either traditional green or pink floral.
If this is the kind of thing people want to see more of, don't feel shy to say so! These kinds of experiments are actually a lot of fun to pull off~
