You can't really see the German work done on 0-1, but with an educated eye you can.
The glazing is 2-3 inch thick laminated glass. The tinting and molding makes it look thin. It's all flat due to the difficulties of making bulletproof glass in curves and still maintain a bulletproof rating.
The wheels and tires? Run flats. The rims on the car behind 0-1 is the same.
The engine, beefed up turbo diesel with redundant everything.
The chassis and body, steel or composite armor plating. The RPG attack on the Greek minister of finance's limo (he survived) in 1992, did wonders to various security detail's budgets. I would not be surprised if they used depleted uranium or Chobham type armor, similar to what the M1 tank has on it.
