Short answer: No
Long answer: even if I release it for download you wouldn't even be able to really look at it. To rave a look at it you need: 3dsMAX (4000$) to load the base model (oh btw, you can look at the base model here, for free in your browser: https://skfb.ly/FUpn) then Ornatrix(500$), to load the fur mesh and then finally VRay (900$) to render and view the model.
I should note that you need at least 16 GB of ram to load the fur, it has over a billion polygons btw.
