Rose Bloom's Brand New Gala Dress (original by Nyarengadget)

Rose Bloom was in her castle, opening the letter that just arrived and saw that she was invited to attend this year's Grand Galopping Gala held in Canterlot in Equestria, she was so happy about the invitation that she packed rapidly all of her things before leaving for the boat departing from her land in the destination of Equestria. On the boat she discovered one thing when the excitment was brought back to a normal level, she forgot to pack any dresses for the gala. All she had was those clothes she was wearing and it was far from being something decent to wear in such an event.
Wondering how she could arrange that during all the trip and even a little bit more as the boat was now anchored at Manehattan, the biggest city of Equestria. "I'm sure to find a nice dress in this city." She said out loud to herself as she disembarked the boat. Unfortunately, everyone in the city was too busy to help but one little mare pony told her about that awesome designer named Rarity that helped her one day to help her find a new job after she quitted her old one... That designer was living in a little town called Ponyville but she mentionned that if the artist had time to do the dress, it would be one of the best looking dresses at the Gala.
Rose Bloom didn't had any other choice, decided to take a detour to Ponyville to get in contact with that "Rarity". Arrived in town Rose Bloom asked for direction to Rarity's Caroussel Boutique, which first pony she asked her shown the way. Arrived there, Rose Bloom entered and saw that white coated Unicorn mare working on some piece that was simply amazing. Without noticing, Rose said out loud "Maybe I'm in the right place after all..." Rarity hearing that turned around and saw that pink Alicorn wearing travelling clothes on, she approached her new client and asked if she could be of any help. Rose realized then that she talked out loud again, and told her everything from the invitation to the upcomming Gala, the ommission to pack any decent dresses in her luggage and that she was pointed from someone in Manehattan to come see her to see if she could help.
Rarity looked at Rose Bloom as she heard the story and as Rose Bloom finished she told her that she could indeed help her. Rose Bloom couldn't believe it, she added that she didn't knew how she would have done it if Rarity would have said no. Rarity didn't wanted to hear anything else, cutting the discussion to get to the important point of what Rose Bloom wanted for her dress.
Rose Bloom was so happy to have found the solution the only thing she thought of saying was a "I leave you do anything you want for my dress. Rarity looked at the mare in front of her and saw that her cutie mark was a purple rose and the picture of her cutie mark inspired her enough. She told Rose Bloom to get back to her tomorrow as she had a brilliant idea for the dress.
The day after, Rarity went to take Rose Bloom to see her new dress saying to a still half asleep Rose Bloom that she had such a good idea for Rose's dress that she worked on it nearly all night to finish it. When they arrived at the Boutique, Rarity's brought Rose to the room where she displayed her newest creation. Rose Bloom saw it, that white dress with purple floral design on the torso that purple sash and the lighter purple frontal with white flower prints on the skirt part. Rose Bloom was so impressed by the design of the dress she looked at the dress and Rarity alternatively like she was tinking that it wasn't possible for a single pony to have done a dress like that in one night only.
"Come, let's try it on to see if I need to fix some minor detail dear." Was Rarity saying taking the dress off from the mannequin. Rose Bloom was like in a dream, walking with the dress up to the Mirror to look at herself with it on, she absolutely loved the dress. "Oh my, the dress is already a perfect fit it seems." Rarity said as she was on her knees behind Rose Bloom to see every little detail.
Rose Bloom was so happy that she said after realizing that such wonderful work would be out of her price range, well out as she didn't really brought money with her, that she couldn't afford a dress as magnificient as this one. Rarity stopped checking the details and got up saying a "Did I asked for money to do that dress dear? My payment will be when I'll hear about all of those guests that talked about the wonderful dress you're wearing..."
Rose Bloom was so surprised of the reaction the only thing she found out to thank Rarity was to invite her at the Gala as one of her +1. Rarity thanked her for the invitation as she couldn't resist to assist another Gala in Canterlot.
