Meet Armored Knight.

Amored Knight is from the distant future of Equestria. He was once a highly skilled and powerful unicorn that earned one of the highest ranks possible in the Canterlot Royal Guard. Then the unthinkable happened, Celestia first fell ill nopony knowing what was wrong with her, then the madness set in... Princess Luna did everything she could to control her sister while raising the Sun and Moon herself. It wasn't long till Celestia lost all control, and escaped her sisters control laying waste to nearly all of Canterlot injuring Luna. It was then Luna finally admitted her sister had to be stoped, still holding on to a hope Celestia could still be saved. Luna called what was left of the royal Guard together now led by Armored Knight, it was then that word was received that Manehatten and Fillydelpia had now fallen to Celestia and she was headed toward Ponyville. It was then Luna called for theElements of Harmony to be used in a last ditch effort to save Celestia, it was then she found that all the bearers of the Elements had fallen strangely ill much like celestia had earlier. Things began to look quite bleak with the Elements of Harmony effectively rendered useless and a rampaging goddess bearing down on them.

It was then when Amored Knight made the decision that he and what was left of his Royal guard was going to confront Celestia, in an attempt to buy Luna precious time to recover prepare her counter attack. He knew deep dwon he and the mares and stallions under his command stood no chance against a goddess, but this was part of his sworn duty to protect Equestria no matter the cost. It wasn't long before the Royal guard intercepted Celestia, a fierce battle inssued Armored Knight watch in horror as those under his comman were falling around him left and rghit, he unleshed every ounce of magic he had left to little avail for no sooner did he unleash his magic he was hit with a blast much stonger than his own... A strage warm feeling washed over him as he fell to the ground with a thud, he stuggled to look up no longer able to see with his right eye. he could see his own horn laying on the ground still crackling with left over magic a few feet in front of him, he struggled to draw another breath of air as an intense wave of pain washed over him and things began to grow blurry, as he blacked out he could have sworn her saw a brilliant flash of blue light, and what could have only been Celestia and Luna falling from the sky.

Little did Armored Knight know that this was not the end of his story. Two cloaked figures appearing on the smoldering battlefield approached the gravely injured stallion barely clinging to life, "He must be saved at any cost" as the three vanish from the battle field in a flash of blue and pink magic...
