Just a little doodle I did while waiting for the machine to do it's thing while at my work. (I got about a minute wait usually before I gotta turn the machine off and do my part)

Can anyone guess who this cute little guy is supposed to be?
I know it's a terrible drawing, but I did it solely from memory, and had to pay attention to the machine the entire time! Though, I think if you watched this cartoon, you should probably recognize him instantly!

BTW, He's my favorite out of all of the characters Ow<
