March slowly and carefully swept his hands through the cloud layer. The heavy layer of gaseous frozen water, was obscuring his view of the events down below. Even trying to be as gentle as possible, the winds were still extreme down on the ground! It was like a sudden hurricane was temporarily blowing through the streets!
Finally the skies were clear of obstructions, and the only winds being the slight gusts from the mega dragon's breathing in and out. A coastal city celebrating some water based event. Everything ready for a grand fireworks show once night was to fall~

A wonderful picture done by SpiderDaSquirrel showing March interacting with the atmosphere. It just so happens that this picture was made the night after the bathtub boat races had completed. A big event for the city I live in. So I got to watch Fireworks from my window while Spider drew this up. Hence the nods in the description story.
