He's the result of a secret experiment conducted by the advanced biological research of the Dominion. He's a arctic fox and fennec fox hybrid, combined by a biological enhancer made by the secret science. His anthropomorphism is a result on further study of a possible super soldier, but went "badly". Instead of a prominent human feature his original physique dominates. This allows him though to a more advanced fighting style involving psionics. He sports a double tail though.
