Looks just like the tacos I get from the taco truck I go to, quite frequently!

Pulled pork tacos are pretty easy to assemble if you have the ingredients pre-made. All you really need for a good pork taco is the pulled pork and some pico de gallo. Everything else is totally up to you!
Ingredients:
-Pulled pork
-Pico de gallo (typically just diced up roma tomato, onion, and cilantro, though I added sliced jalapenos into it for my own personal twist.)
-White corn tortillas
As far as pulled pork, you wanna buy a boston butt or a pork shoulder or some cut of pork that is very tender and once cooked enough, will fall apart. What I do, personally, is I'll slow cook a pork shoulder in a crockpot filled with 3 cups of chicken stock, a sliced onion, and some garlic. You wanna slow cook that for about 8 hours on a high setting. As far as generally getting pulled pork, there are other ways, but that's my way.
Directions:
Have your pulled pork already pre-slow cooked, and your pico de gallo pre-made and ready to use. Heat one skillet on a six, or a med-high. Let it get decently hot, and brown the pork nicely, adding some taco seasoning(instant or homemade, the choice is yours, though I like to use homemade).
In a separate skillet, which is on a high setting, or an 8, heat your white corn tortillas. If you notice on the top of your tortilla it looks like it's bubbling up, that means the bottom is browning. Flip it. It should only take 30-45 seconds on each side, once decently hot. Finish browning the pork, and serve. Add cheese, salsa, guacamole, or whatever you like!
From Chris: Your best bet is to go here for pulled pork, if you want to do it yourself-
