Sweet zombie jesus how far down the rabbit hole do you intend to go?

We kept going until the city planning board said the rabbit hole was only zoned for 20 feet. It turns out the city only owns below 30 feet though. We hit water at about 60 feet, but after going horizontally for about 16 feet we hit a high point in the bedrock and started tunneling. We made it about 70 feet down, lost 2 miners, and then the canary died. After getting new money for a second expedition we tried sending a drone down, but there appears to be a metal rich layer somewhere that is interfering with the signal.

We plan to try again next summer.
