It's 8 inches by 10 inches at 300dpi. Or to put it another way, high resolution print quality art. Most of the art here is "screen resolution" - it's a good size for looking at on your computer, using as wallpaper (I normally include a full screen wallpaper version of each pic when I send the finished art off). If you print out these at 300dpi they'd be about 3" wide...
You've never read George R. R. Martin's big series? I had you pegged wrong, then. This is the first of four (so far). Go check em out at the library, they're excellent.

Nope, though I'm not surprised given the relative difference in sizes between the characters and that she's a female knight that youd assume it was based on her. I'm sure if you looked you'd find a dozen pictures that look similar. At a certain point, everything's been done before... which has caused a lot of shrieking and claims of art theft.
