Mostly a sketch of standard gear of a member of the winter tribe (where Zebak is from). The clothing purpose here - for a furred creature - is protection against snow... or a place for snow to cling that is easier and faster to remove then ones own fur... Also, easier to dry.

To the side are paint patterns used by the tribe: The Tribe Glyphs and the Blessings, Painted in white or light blue and sometimes in brighter shades like cobalt blue (more rare).

Tribe Glyphs mark ones skills or purpose within the tribe. Usually painted large and worn over the shoulder on a cloak or cape - when that is lacking one can paint on ones fur across the chest..

Seen are the patterns for Frost Channelers, Stream Walkers (the ones that know the waters and paths) and the claw and sail of the Hunters... I am unsure about the last one, am naming it Weavers for now....


The Blessings are like amulets, something you wish the stars to bestow uppon you. Often worn over thigh (usualy one side only) and painted on ones fur (or over a thigh-pad when on snow gear).

Seen are the Tail Borealis, a mark of peace and quest for wisdom; The EverStar, the guiding light of the north; The dream-weaver as a ward against evil spirits of the blizzards; the sprout / fish glyph of fertility (that I forgot to write); and the twin glaciers for strengh..



..and that is when my muse faded and ideas ended.. I kept the wolf as a pencil sketch-thing since the focus is the northener snow-gear.


As an after note... Zebak is a Frost Channeler, thus was usualy seen with a snowflake pattern.. as for what blessings he would seek, usualy any of the top 3, peace, guidance and warding, depending on where his journeys would take each day..
