Seems Valerie was invited to the Annual Silver City Ball in appreciation for her heroic deeds =p getting a nice black dress and making herself a bit more formal and neat, she went to it.
...And overdid it at the snack bar, that poor dress isn't going to last another drive-by binge when she goes past it again XD
