It was a gift to my mom and my step-father, who had recently lost Ripley (named after Sigourney Weaver's character in Alien), the one in the foreground, with her gramma Amber (for which the kennel is named, Amberlove Setters) there to welcome her. I actually anticipated Ripley was about to go, and commissioned this before-hand. One day we went to the vet to put her down, and I was able to present them both with this when we returned. It was a very touching moment. My mom has hung the pic prominently in her home ever since. Because she's an avid Gordon Setter breeder, she's lost a few dogs since then ... this helps her remember that they've gone on to a better place, and that when her time comes, she'll help them across the bridge.
If you're not familiar with the lore, Rainbow Bridge is described here.
Ganny Piggy was nice enough not to post the picture until after I had presented it to my mom. Very considerate, especially given the gap was several months. Thank you, GP!
