She sure did! I wanted it by AC and it actually came a few weeks or so before that!

I didn't really have any big issues.

Man, i've been wearing her like crazy...I can't even give an estimate really, I've worn her for tons of fursuit outings, parades, and also AC.

FURSUITHEAD
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the fursuit.
How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
It fits absolutely perfect, it's lined with a super soft material, a scuba material I think she said or something. Nothing pokes me or stabs at me.
How is the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
I can breathe incredibly well compared to my old head, the air ciruclates nicely. I was so surprised by how amazing the ventilation is.
How is the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
I can see crazy good in this head. The blind spot is a tad different from my last head, but it's a normal blind spot, not anything crazy big or annoying. I don't have to turn my head to see!
How is the symmetry?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
The semetry is dang near perfect, the only thing I noticed was that the two teeth on my fursuit head's mouth are not symmetrical. One sits higher than the other. But it's not really noticable unless I tell you :p.
Is the shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
The shaving is pretty good, i'm very impressed with it. There are maybe a few places where it could of been better and a few places around the cheek where the fur is a bit thin but it's not noticeable in the least bit. I only found this stuff out by REALLY looking at my head.
How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
She nailed it! I wanted something super cute and adorable and happy looking, and she really brough out the personality of my fursona just how I wanted. Absolutely in love with it!! Everything is so soft and fluffy and when I suit in public everyone just wants to pet my big fluffy ears! :p
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with each feature of the body of the fursuit.
How satisfied are you with the fit of the hands and feet?
Will your wrists/ankles show if you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands or do they slide off? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
Ok so here it gets a little tricky, you see she did hand paws WITH attached sleeves! The handpaws are super adorable and very durable! I love how big they are and how fun they are! They stay really well on my hands despite having big fingers.
How is the quality of the hands and feet? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Have seams popped? Have paw pads or claws fallen off?
I have yet to find any popped seems or issues. They have shown to be quite incredibly durable and tough! I'm not easy on my fursuit stuff sometimes and these paws are absolutely perfect! I may have to get a seperate pair to wear with my bodysuit I love them so dang much! She also picked the PERFECT pink shade of vinyl for the paw pads, I was super pleased with that.
ARM/LEG WARMERS AND/OR SLEEVES
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with each feature of the arm and/or leg warmers, and arm and/or leg sleeves, especially if they are seperate from the fursuit.
How is the quality of the sleeves/warmers? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Are they too cumbersome? Can you pull on them without tearing?
The really neat thing about the sleeves you see in the picture is that they are attached to the paws! However, she made an escape hatch so that I can easily get my hands in and out if needed! I requested this, because I was tired of my handpaws popping out of my original sleeves I had. I have tugged and tugged and tugged and these sleeves have yet to even suffer a tear! They are incredibly durable and super fluffy and soft. They are also very sturdy in the area where the velcro is that allows me to take my hands out. Nothing seems to be coming off or falling apart.
How accurate to the concept art are your sleeves/warmers?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
She did! Perfect once again! The shaving got a little wonky around my heart marking just a tad, but again it's not really noticeable or a giant deal for me, because I love them and they look perfect. The colors are spot on, and she got the right amount of blue vs pink on the sleeves.
How easy are your sleeves/warmers to wear?
Do they fall off?
They never fall off, they are perfect! They are also very easy to wear, again the fact that they are attached to my paws but have the escape hatch for my hands is absolute genius and has been the most useful thing ever.

Absolutely satisfied I love it! She didn't miss a beat on making my head and paws w/attached sleeves absolutely perfect.
COMMUNICATION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with all the aspects of communication between you and the maker.
How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
It was incredibly easy and she was incredibly polite. I was a tad picky about what I wanted and she never batted an eye or complained or said no, as long as it was plausible she said "yes!".
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
She always responded super quickly, I've never experienced that amount of prompt response before. Longest I waited was maybe two days.
How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with a fursuit maker. I can't praise her enough for how well she worked with me. She listens to her customer, and does all she can to deliver exactly what the customer wants. She goes above and beyond. She is a true professional and incredibly friendly.
OVERALL
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with your overall experience with the maker and the fursuit itself.
How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
Incredibly satisfied, the original goal was AC and I got it actually maybe two weeks before AC.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
Again incredibly satisfied, the quality is amazing, the product is so durable, clean, and well made.
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
I work in customer service, I have for 7years, and I can tell you, she's TOP NOTCH. You won't find many fursuit makers that provide the kind of amazing customer service as she does.
Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
After some rocky experiences in the past, she really turned things around for me in the fursuit commissioning field. She's friendly, understanding, listens well, always wants to please the customer. She works hard, and meets plausible deadlines! In fact, I loved her work and her customer service SO much, that we went ahead and commissioned a fullsuit for my husband from her, and I am also going to be getting a digi body suit from her down the road. That's how amazing she is.
My ONLY ONLY OOOONNNLY con, is that when it was shipped it was not wrapped in anything to protect it and the box wasn't taped well. It was left on my doorstep during pouring rain. Thankfully the head and items were still safe, however I would suggest taping that box like crazy and wrapping the fursuit items in bags or protective plastic of some sort.
If you want a suit from an amazing artist with truly amazing prices, you should consider lazylupe. She's grown so much from her original suits and she TRULY understands Customer Service. She aims to please, and will make sure you are a happy customer at the end.
