Fawkes' long lost brother. 4 years older than Fawkes(he's 29, 6'2), he was taken by their father when he left their mother and Fawkes, when Fawkes was about 3 or 4. They used to play pirates together, calling Fawkes "Pup" whenever they played. Fawkes more or less forgot about Flynn as time went on, but Flynn never forgot his precious little brother. The kerchief Fawkes wears on his ear is actually Flynn's.

As fate would have it, he comes to the town Fawkes now lives in as Officer Baxton's rookie partner. He's prideful, a bit hotheaded, and a "flirt". He tries his best to "woo" women, but only as a front because he's actually "still in the closet".. He has feelings for Baxton but he's scared of what Bax or others might say, or how they'd view him. That said though, Bax was never really one to show affection or interest in dates.

Despite his worries and feelings, he always does his best. His flirting is terrible though, riddled with cheesy pickup lines and stuttering, because he really isn't interested in women.
