I kinda want to make this a thing where I master the technique of lucid dreaming and record the most memorable ones in a drawing. So here's my very first one!

Story:

I was in the middle of a starry night sitting on the slopes of my own backyard. My surroundings seem to feel deserted, even the neighbors don't seem to be in or out of their houses. In fact all of humanity seems to be MIA. The stars seem to appear a millions times brighter than usual considering how much pollution has taken over Southern Californian skies. All seems quiet, when suddenly a sound which resembled a musical note emerged out of the silence. With my instincts I automatically assumed that It came from another living being that's possibly hiding within the shadows of the tall trees and fences. I was wrong. The musical sound came from the skies above. Also, that musical sound was actually singing which resembled a happy flamboyant man. There right as I looked up, a shooting star flew across the night sky. Unlike any other shooting star, this one happened to fly in a certain flight pattern instead of a linear movement that comes and goes with a blink of an eye. It seemed to be bouncing to the rhythm of the singing in a rather circular motion. With an abrupt stop, the star shot down and landed right in front of me like a meteor. The pitch darkness around me from before suddenly became a sea of light which lasted for several minutes before it dimmed down slowly. As everything seemed to be back to normal, a large and rather bulky figure appeared with a smile and eagerness to approach me. It was the big lipped alligator from the animated movie, "All Dogs Go to Heaven." He looked rather transparent, bright, and ghost-like, but also as glorious as how he appeared in the movie. I had no words nor physical reaction. Instead I just watched and wait to see what he'll do. Maybe he'll eat me, maybe not.

"Well, hello there my lovely young human!" he says. "I know you're all jumbled up with thoughts and all, but let me introduce myself hun. I'm your Guardian Angel, baby!"

Guardian Angel he said? Since when? How? And more importantly, Why? With all these questions popping into my head one by one, he continued on.

"I've been watching over you ever since you're a little tyke living with your lovely family and I have to say that your dreams and passions that you have kept with you for a long long time is what makes you very admirable. I came because I felt that you just needed a little help lighting up that spark again, hun."

In a way he's right. Ever since I first brought myself into the world of adulthood, my dreams and passions seem to be just another fantasy that had to be put to rest. Knowing that it may be the case really has been eating me up from the inside of my heart. I still remained silent for some reason as I looked down with remorse. He extended his arm toward the bottom of my face and lightly tilted my head up with a single finger. A goofy, but heartwarming smile appeared on his face as if saying "cheer up."

"No need to feel so glum anymore young one! It always happens. But let me tell you, It'll get better in no time."

He then sat down and held my hand. For a while, he bragged on about how I shouldn't let go of my dreams no matter what, no matter what the world seems to become, and also no matter what others say. I have the ability to make a difference and it'll only grow stronger with one step at a time. And also, to not worry about loosing hope for itll come around and find me again every time. In the end, we made music together, we made sweet harmony. (LOL) I was trapped within his embrace soaking in everything that he has talked to me about which has lifted my spirits once again. I wanted to see his smile one more time, but his whole figure has turned into the starry brightness from a while back. After a while, his bright figure quickly ascended up into the beautiful night sky. I was left with nothing around me once again, but now knowing that i'm never truly alone. And just like my friends and loved ones, my hopes and dreams are with me till the end...
