This started out as an exercise for figuring out the method I'd use to make busts but theeeeen they became characters. OOPS.
James is an athletic ferret who's always been top of his game. On and off the field. Though he's gotten a scholarship for being on the school's baseball team, he's no slouch. He's also a whiz in math. Good thing, too, because I'd probably throw him in some accident that leaves him unable to play. (And yeah, I intend for his little hands and feets to be all spotty ehehehe)
It's not that Omar the fennec prefers to be alone - he just usually is. He's used to it. When you're shy, when you're more introverted than not, that's what happens. School's changing that, though. Omar's lucky enough to go to college with a high school pal, a pal that brings him along to frat meets and house parties.
It's at an infamous off-campus house party that the two meet...
