i probably should not have done this but since my second set of OC potions have sold out yesterday i couldn't wait any longer sorry  Blueratm ^^;

this is a special OC because she has a special power she was electrocuted at a power plant once but didn't die instead aisde from permanent frizzy hair she was given the ability to shoot electricity from her mouth kinda like a Charizard's flamethrower

speaking of which her looks are not based on a Pikachu and she is not a pikachu herself her fur is orange the same color as cheddar cheese

another interesting thing is i titled her a Midget Mouse that is because she's smaller than Matt & his OC mice like Matilda & Heather and is almost the same size as their kids probably Pippy

you can make her whenever you want Matt i was a little too excited ^^;

NOTE: this is just a small practice thing as i'm not fully ready to go back to drawing OC's yet
