red/reddish-purple hair and tail, pink hat and dress with some light purple details and a the background should be a dark purple that like fades into a lighter shade or another color. that's what i see when i look at it. also you forgot the apostrophe in "can't" so yes, I CAN RAIN ON YOUR PARADE.
