RULES:

anybody in have yet to pay for their OC beakers from the last lists will have to wait until said beaker is paid before they can get another one

other repeat customers like  Blueratm can still ask for a beaker since they already paid for other beakers in the last two

so sorry to make these but it's my new rules and i don't want to give stuff unpaid
