Really liked this old(ish???) pic, so I spruced it up, fixed some things, and here it is~
It's Fifi cosplaying as Vaida from Fire Emblem (the first GBA title to come to the States). Vaida is a babe >:U go google 'er. She's a bit similar to Fifu aesthetically, and they both use spears, so it was only fitting~
