So my known L.I.P (Lip.Implanting.Device) i felt could use a bit of an upgrade, as the original looked more like a blocky children's toy! If you haven't seen my L.I.P before, here's what it does!
The L.I.P is designed to do three things:
1. Temporarily increase the size of the target's lips, the size depending on what colour the dial at the back is set to.
2. Gives the target's new plump lips a random colour of lipstick.
3. Makes the target fall madly in love with whoever they see first! Will cause them to enter an extreme kissing fit and leave the user covered head to toe in lipstick marks!
