So... Wakasagihime. I can't even pronounce it properlly; some western fans even simplify it to "Waggysaggy". But I don't like that. I'll stick with Waka... sa... gi... something, blah, blah.
We never really see her (only in one game at this point), but I always thought Wakasagihime was interesting from a design stand point. I mean she's a mermaid and you can't really change how they are, but when compared to every other character in Touhou (especially the animal-based ones) she looks different in a sense that she's not really human-esque in her design. The upper half of a human and the lower half of a fish, unlike say, Reisen, who's got a human body, but has a bunny tail and ears.
I also got a bit of Scorpion (from Mortal Kombat) due to her ability of growing stronger the longer she's in the water, but it can't be 'that' strong; she's a Stage 1 Boss.
