Okay then if you here thunder (or see the flash from lightning out of the corner of your eyes) you should set your camera up facing wherever the storm is at. Then after you're done recording(either memory runs out or the battery dies on you) you can take the video and slowly go through it until you see a bolt of lightning, at which take a screenshot of the frame before watching the rest of the recording for more bolts of lightning.
