im wondering how they could stay on the wings it flyes minimum 180KmH that is the air speed

They are, the most of the time, leant against the support behind them. After, the cruising speed of the PT-17 is of only 170km/h if I believe an association which flies on of them.

well i was close XD i think they must have a cable what let them stay on wings of it huh when i didnt know about the PT-17 i think it was a CR42

No problems. The CR.42 was a beautiful aircraft too, but it was a single seater and I'm even not sure if it still an exemple in state of flight...
