No, the guy actually kidnapped a little girl and held her for ransom, mistaking her for the daughter of some rich people. Rorschach promised the family he would get her back. He finally tracked the guy down, and finds out that he killed her, chopped her to pieces, and fed her to his dogs. Rorschach then kills his dogs, throws the dead dogs at the dude, chains the dude to a boiler and then sets his whole fucking house on fire and watches it burn.

still, the scene of a little girl being fed to dogs? Even INDIRECTLY that would like, put the movie to an R. Which it should be. The Watchmen is not faggy superman or batman and doens't need a G rating.
