This was my first ever Monster Challenge.

A Monster challenge is when someone gives me a description and I must make a creature that follows the description I am given.

Description: It can only have one mouth on its head. What kind of head it has, is up to you. But no eyes or anything else. You either have to make it bald, or give it long black hair. As for eyes, they have to be either on his stomach or back/shoulders. The arms are either tied together, or they can be loose, but either tied or loose, they have to be long and slender, but without claws. It either has to wear a dirty apron, or some damaged jeans/ragged jeans. No tail. And skinny. No horns or wings, but it can have metal spikes protruding from its body. Also, it has to be male. No fluff or fur and either natural toned skin or greyish.

This creature was the result. Seems a bit Silent Hill-ish in my opinion.

I can promise you one thing...this is the first of many.
