Little stress-relief doodle before go-time. I can't believe we're moving today! Just paid first month's rent and it still all feels like a dream, but maybe it will set in officially once we get that last box inside the new apartment.

Oh I'm not crippled or anything! But I'm VERY short, so carrying furniture with a normal sized person or especially a tall person gets REALLY AWKWARD. Moreso when we start getting up stairs and stuff-- and then most moving boxes are big so I can't see around them and wind up tripping or running into stuff
He literally saved the day. I have a sun allergy and high heat sensitivity on top of my keratosis (buncha words= can't be out in the summer) and it was over 100 the day we moved! I helped as much as I could but started to get the shakes and my vision was blacking out from the edges so he made me sit down and he got the rest of the stuff upstairs with his buddy.

It really is! I thought maybe the excitement would fade, but even having more bills can't put a damper on how happy I am for us to be somewhere safe and cozy and central to everywhere we need to get in the city. It's not Savannah, yet, but it's home for now and I'm hella grateful!
