Ohoh... the ol' crazy werewolf's been at it again! Makin' ridiculous bacon double cheeseburgers... an showin' ya that texas toast bread makes a suitable substitute fer hamburger buns in a pinch.

This big fella consists of:

2 slices of texas toast
2 quarter lb. beef patties
4 strips of honey bourbon flavored bacon
2 slices of american cheese
2 slices of pepperjack cheese
1 slice of white onion
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of dill pickle
mayonaisse

directions/preparations:

cook beef patties an bacon ta preferences (fer this I had the bacon started up in a large skillet first then as the grease accumulated I added the 2 beef patties)

spread mayo on both slices of texas toast then add:

2 bacon strip (halfed)
1 slice of pepperjack cheese
1 beef patty
1 slice american cheese
2 bacon strip (halfed)
1 slice of pepperjack cheese
1 beef patty
1 slice american cheese
2 slices of tomato
1 slice of onion
2 slices of pickle
top with bread

Even after I'd gently 'smooshed' this sandwich down ya can see how high this burger is... hence the partial claim ta it's name... the other bein' that after ya've eatten this burger 'bout all you'll be able ta manage ta say is "I FULL!" :P
