Quick and easy ( a little healthy) lunch for me and my kitten.
A good handful of spinach chopped up pretty fine,
A cup and 1/2 of cooked rice.
Mix the rice and spinach

One can of tuna drained well.
TBS mayonnaise ( I suggest adding a little soy sauce and or parmesan cheese for extra flavor)
Mix these in another bowl

One small bowl of water for wetting your hands so you don't make a godawful mess when forming the rice balls.

Put rice in left hand, make indent, add a little tuna, then move the rice over the tuna gentles, form into ball. Don't squeeze too hand.. Your tuna will squish out.

Add a slice of nori to finish it off. Easiest to just wrap the bottom piece, but lots of ways to wrap it.
