He's not a Char, I swear. :)
Dragon/lion hybrid character that I'm working on a little bit in my spare time.
Right now, there are some slots open for sketchpages that can be upgraded to finished character portraits like these, for $25 total. :) Here's the link: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7016842/
He doesn't have a name yet. :) Was calling him magnus, but I'm not sure that'll work for him.
If he looks delicious, it's because I picked colours for him from a picture of red velvet cake. :)

That long, lithe torso looks pretty good with the belly scales against the fur like so. It almost suggests at the geometry of the ribs and spine being a lovely mammal/mythic hybrid as well. As usual, your claws, horns, and teeth look genuinely threatening. I really like how the lower belly's armor is like, cloven by that spiky pubic ruff. Very nice.
I'd name him Hephaestus, if I had the audacity to suggest a name.
Oh my, I suppose I just did.
