These are the head honchos of Kuro's tribe from my webcomic: http://adventuresoftheweird.smackjeeves.com
The acarutos are shapeshifters who use their abilities to conform to certain standards of beauty (ears on top of head, blue/green eyes, tails similar to a housecat's) so in designing all of them in the town, I tried to make them all similar, but still differentiated, and it's been a fun challenge.
To show Kuro's disconnect with the people in his hometown, I gave them features that contrast with his (he has ears on the sides of his head, yellow eyes, and a lion-like tail).
