Projekt "M.E.O." was a scientific research project that was funded by the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to create adaptive agents and creatures whom are able to work in hazardous environments during a possible nuclear war, the funding of the project created only one live specimen that was able to develop past puberty, the project was labelled a success because the creature was able to survive more then their expectations.
Monoloth, as how they would call it was a supernatural miracle, an Envonomous Octogon blessed with the powers of telekinesis and telepathy and many other unknown phenomenons, highly intelligent and able to adapt to situations, utilize machines and weapons. It's intelligence and abilities made the creature into a killing machine at it's current time. Further developments by the FEMA was cancelled due to the high resource requirements and development costs that was required to create one living specimen from embryonic state.

This was one of the best purchases of my entire life, totally fell in love with that weird green colour of it as I saw it, I had to fix it, I just had to, got Naru to patch this bad boy up and look at this! :D This is amazing! :D
