Now before anyone says anything I think it's safe to assume that we're all aware of the fact that a chainsaw would make a ridiculously impractical weapon (for a number of reasons) but considering that Fluke herself is a 6ft anthropomorphic red river hog that practices dark magic and dresses like a dude, it's a good bet things are already pretty freaking ridiculous. Honestly at this point it's go big or go home!

well, like you said there are complications. Dulling, jamming, the fact it runs on fuel. But in fiction chainsaws are like the Excalibur of the horror genre. They're basically roaring swords. I myself love them because of Ash Williams from The Evil Dead. Then we got other iconic protagonists like Juliet Starling from Lollipop Chainsaw or Jack Caymen from Mad World who also rock the blade and do it with style. Hell there is an anime blatantly called Chainsaw man. Say what you will about them, but Chainsaws are cool ^_^
