Okay so. Excited about this :3 I recently got into a Pathfinder game, and this is the character I made for a Middle-Eastern-themed campaign. This is Thoth Ormuzd, a vanara sorceress. She's the first ever truly WEAK character I've made for a campaign (negatives in every physical stat except Dex). Her back story is that she's a gypsie, and the eldest daughter of a sorcery bloodline which manifests in her family as a curse. They're all physically frail (she has anemia and brittle bones), but also a third eye grows out of their head which allows them to see the future and read minds.
I'm having fun with her, because I've just read Tarot cards to determine what she'll do in any critical junction. The DM's cool about it too, implementing her readings into situations (I keep them super vague, and they're 50/50 good/bad).
Anyway, she may end up here more often after the campaign, we'll see <:3c
EDIT: oh yeah. Her name is pronounced like "tote, hor-mooshd", basically, but it's a phlegmy "h".

YUP! I was actually gonna' make a joke x3 Someone in the party would be like "You designed her after Venom?" and I'd be like "No, Bridget!", because I love me some traps...
No one got the reference to Venom anyway :V Probably because I actually lightened her skin and darkened her fur later into her design. She was basically female Venom when I first drew her.

Oh I get super into it x3 I always play someone who's super far-removed from myself. I almost always play female characters, usually non-human (I'm not against playing humans, but it's more fun to play a non-human both from a writing and mechanical standpoint), and I play them from a lifestyle I cannot have, which always ends up making interesting situations for me to handle. My best characters so far have been a gender-confused paladin who hopes that the church would deliver him from his "demons" (when in reality, he's just their goon); a single mother of two deceased/missing children, who basically became Batman; a selfless nun who ended up killing a primordial daemon with a greatsword, borrowed from a party member whom she had only just recently come to trust; and a woman who took upon the persona of an avatar of pure hatred and vindication once the weight of her fate became enough to crush her psyche, only to regain her humanity upon her deathbed after an act of self-sacrifice <:3c
Also thanks <3
