Thank you! It makes sense to me that at least some of them would treat Ludo as their mother and god, but it's nice to write about some who're more skeptical and might grow up to have other priorities. (Especially since I've now used the "wow, this Reality thing is a terrible game design" gag repeatedly.)
Where this project stands: It's part of a project called "Liberation Game", for which I even already licensed this art: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16209019/ . It's around 40K words and alternates between Lumina's POV and a human called Robin, who builds a high-tech charity colony inEthiopia thinly-disguised-Nicaragua. The medic who appears in two stories of "Extra Lives" shows up in it along with the dolphin briefly seen in that book during "Ante". Lumina also has a minor role in "The Digital Coyote".
But... The project is stalled, because I'm not quite sure how to proceed. I want to find a solution!
