I like them all for their own reasons, but my two favorites are the blind girl (most romantic story, in my opinion, and you also get two end scenes with her) and the legless girl (you actually get a lot stronger and healthier on her path, and less prone to heart attacks). The deaf girl is my third favorite, followed by the girl with no arms and the burned one. I won't say anything else, because I don't want to spoil a truly emotional game, but I will say that it took a lot of guts to make a game like this, and I give them major points for it.
