Hey guys sorry it's been awhile since I've baked anything. I officially can't afford to bake leisurely so yeah until I work full time I probably won't be baking anything that's not extra from school.

I did make some mixed berry jam because I ran out of the raspberry jam I brought home from school. I kept it chunky because that's how my grandma kept it when she would make us jam and it's just preferred for me. Cook it to a complete liquid state if you want smoother jam.

250g frozen mixed berries
112g sucrose
4g pectine

1. mix the pectine and a little sucrose - set aside
2. cook the berries to a broken down liquid
3. add the pectine at 40c (i forgot my thermometer at school so I just guessed)
4. bring to a boil and add sucrose and cook for 1 minute
5. put in container and let cool in fridge

*******NOTE: the measurements are in grams because I took the recipe from my school and everything is weighed out there because it's more precise then cups/spoons. I apologize if there's any inconvenience because of this.
Please let me know if you would like me to attempt to convert it to cups/spoons and I will definitely try.
