Well it's just a stereotype, but Russia's culture is very highly appreciative of contortionism, and the artistic value of it. I mean, most of the best contortionists derived from Russia.

This I did not know, I unfortunately now little to nothing about Russia, and given America's view of Russia, even 24 years after the Cold War ended, I want to be better than that.
