I finally got it off of him today! (tried a few non physical methods first)
What I did:
put him in a small plastic container, hold his back fins out of the water (keeping his head still under the water) Had my roomate take a soft papertowl and rub the Lice, getting it dry. Once it was dry it literally popped right off! Using the papertowl we were able to push it into the container while quickly getting Jay out and back in his quarantine tank!
Going to keep him in there for probably another week just to make sure that was the only one and that he is okay before moving him back into the main tank!
I am sooo happy it is finally off of him because it was literally sucking blood from him and getting bigger x.x
