I'm not sure why I loved Burter as much as I did. I think the top-heavy form coupled with the long, runner's legs was a strong factor, though. Besides that, the Ginyu Force is just too awesome for words.

Also I agree that Burter's character design is very interesting. Barrel-chested, broad-shouldered upper body and muscular arms but a comparatively narrow waist and long skinny legs. Also I dunno why but his face makes me think of G1 Decepticon Seekers....
