So since I've never been good at drawing humans, the orriginal cartoon style of the she-kats is turning out to be quite difficult for me. So I decided to try drawing them more in the style I'm used to. These are a few rough, quick sketches to see how the swat kat ladies would look the way I normally draw.
For the most part I'm happy with how they came out, especially since most of them I have never drawn before at all. Callie and Felina seem to have come out the best, while the others I obviously made the heads too wide, easily fixable. Obviously though my main problem is that drawing the off eye is one of my main drawing challenges (the other being hands!). These were just real quick sketches and will hopefully look better when I digitalize them.
Other than the obvious problems with the off eyes and the heads being too wide, I would like to know what people, particularly those of you familiar with the show and how these characters look, think about making them in this style. This is likely how the will be drawn in my comic. All of the characters should be obvious except for my OC, Elena.
